Mardi Gras World is hiring friendly, energetic team members to join our front-of-house staff. This dual role combines leading guided tours through our working warehouse, where the floats for New Orleans’ biggest parades are designed and built, with assisting guests in our gift shop.

What you’ll do:

• Lead engaging walking tours through our production studios, sharing the history of Mardi Gras and the artistry behind the floats
• Greet and check in guests, answer questions, and help create a memorable experience from arrival to departure
• Operate the point-of-sale system in the gift shop, restock merchandise, and assist guests with purchases

What we’re looking for:

• Comfort speaking in front of groups of all sizes
• A genuine love for New Orleans culture and Mardi Gras tradition (we’ll teach you the rest)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
