Rachel Robertson, Front Desk Supervisor of the Loews New Orleans hotel, shares with us her story of working her way up in the New Orleans tourism industry. Without tourism, Rachel believes the outlook of the city would look bleak, as well as not offer as many growth opportunities for those working in the industry.
