Must have a well-rounded, outgoing personality to command a crowd and know the history of Cajun and Creole Cuisines. This position offers flexibility. We are open daily, including weekends. We cater to locals and visitors with hands-on meal preparation. Our Chefs are rockstars and make a competitive hourly wage in addition to tips (big tips).
