Meet Janeè Taylor, Line Cook at Meril. She’s a NOLA native and a graduate of Warren Easton Charter High School & New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA)’s culinary arts program. Thanks to a little help from Emeril Lagasse Foundation and mentorship from Chef Emeril Lagasse along the way, Janeè is on a path to success in her life-long dream career!
