Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Service customers by selling memberships and retail
• Service existing accounts, generate new sales leads, and establish new accounts by
using our proven and effective sales technique
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Provide energetic studio tour to potential new members
• Work hand-in-hand with certified fitness coaches to deliver a world class product
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by your management team
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions,
documenting conversations, and communicating with management
• Submitting daily sales and call reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
• Contribute to team efforts through a positive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising
sales, or business administration preferred

• Familiarity with office software (Canva, Googledocs etc)
