Providing meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers
Performing all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
 
For our Porters, we look for…

Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends
Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
Proven compliance with policies and procedures
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
