Tameka Norris, a visual and performance artist, is not only a Prospect.3 artist, but also a New Orleans resident. Spending her childhood in the area before returning two years ago, Ms. Norris recalls her time spent in shotgun houses and shares her unique perspective as both a local and a transplant.
